They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, so maybe it will be faster for us to debate with pictures? Big Smile

Here's Rascal's stance on crates:

"Well, mom, my crate's downstairs, but this is kind of like a crate, can I sleep here?"

Okay, your turn - what do your dogs think about crates? (In pictures, and only pics of your dogs, no googled pics, please :))

This is the first day we brought Jaia home... We gave him a "roommate" dubbed Roomie. Jaia wasn't too sure about his new surroundings, but he adapted. He only used this crate for about a week or so. Then he was too big.

He moved to his "big crate" here, which was more like an X-pen. He loved it in there.

Crates are very comfy:

My Mommy brings my crate when we go on vacation too. My bed was more comfortable then Mommy and Daddy's bed at the cabin we rented. I like stretching out in my crate with Rocky the Racoon after a long day of hiking and swimming. Rocky is my bedtime toy. He is for cuddling not chewing.

ETA: I need to get some pictures of Cheza in her crate still. Smile

I dont have a lot of pictures of Harley in her crate... I should take more though since she spends A LOT of time napping and chillin in it.

Not a crate picture but she always tries to find "crate-like" places to stay in. (old pic!)

These are the only pictures I have of Caleb in his crate where you can see the crate (the others are all close ups). These were taken after he was neutered in Novemeber. The crate came the day before the surgery.

Morrison is not exactly happy in this picture since crate training was still going on, I'll find a newer one where he appears more happily ensconced.

Morrison doesn't like his crate too much.

Wow! I hardly have any pics of Misty in her crate. But here's a good one. She doesn't have her pad in, because she pee'd on it! But, she still looks pretty comfy to me! LOL
