Shots! Help

Help Firestorm Posted : 4/13/2006 12:24:17 PM I have a dog I got from a breeder becasue the woman couldn't care for him anymore.  My question is she told me what shots she gave him.  Now I need a paper filled out from a vet stating that said dog got these shots so my daughter can do 4-H dog obedience.  The form needs to be filled out by Vet.  Should I get the info from breeder and give to vet and see if he will fill it out?  I need to get him rabies shot.  Would it be harmful for dog to get other shots again?  What should I do?
