Just for fun-Trade your dog?

I thought a lil carefree break from the holidays might be fun......or at least I need it, lol! Anyhoo I had a talk the last night about who would take Rory if something happened to DH and I and it got me thinking......

If you had to trade dogs with a fellow I-dogger here for a week who would it be and why?

1: Talus you big boy I have had my eye on your for years, I prayed like crazy through your health scare a year ago or longer and I'm so happy to see you poke your head in from time to time. You are truly my dream doggie!

2: Rupert, what can I say? You are such a clown and handsome guy we would have such a fun time!

3: Grady, you can be my velcro dog anytime, we could just cuddle all day and watch old movies, LOL!

4: Scout (the Weim), your momma takes such good pics of you and I could stare at you for hours, I have a feeling Scout would keep me in shape on fun outings!

1. Aspen - so Ben could play with Grady and I could have a lapdog for a while.

2. Tully - just so I could have a maremma for a week.

3. Logan the weim - to give Lani a break from his crazy puppyhood LOL.

4. Juliet - one of Jaime's frenchies, who I am completely head-over-heels in love with.

Not sure I could trade Ben, even for a week....not because I couldn't part with him, but because I like you people too much to frazzle your nerves by sending you my crazy little black nightmare. Wink

I've got first dibs on Chief. Of course that means that I'd have to take the goats too, but thats ok by me.

I'll take Dakota too, even though she's not exactly in her prime for harness season. We can pretend. I'll send you Onyx Julie, she'll keep up to Neiko.

I think it would be neat to have Dakota around. Beyond the fact that Dakota and Honor would be adorable together, I'd love to see how truly similar Siberians and AKKs are. Smile

I also wouldn't mind having Timmy or Sprite (Steve's shelties), Kenya (Liesje's), or Spirit (Banditxx9's). I'm originally a herding breed fan at heart.

Oh oh!! I want the pharoh hounds! Please!! Hehe I'll let you take all 4 of my dogs!

And I wouldnt mind having Thor,Neiko, and Sniper to visit also.

I would love to take on ( huskymom) group for a week or two just to see what its like having dogs experienced in harness. I also wouldn’t mind taking one of (rwbeagles) beagles for a few days. I haven’t been around to many hounds so that could be a big learning experience.

This is fun!

There are so many idoggies I'd love to steal. Oops! I mean borrow... Annie's Grady, because he seems like a goofy nutjob; Claire's Jazzie, because I swear he and Rupes are long lost brothers; Julie's Neiko, because he and Rupes could play for hours and hours; Aurora's Rory, because she's so pretty and spoil-able; Marlania's Brown, another lugnut; Sera's Logan, because who can resist a puppy, and Nikki too because she's such a sweetie; Callie's Luna, because I think Rupert has a crush; Dyan's Bubby, because she's so gorgeous; Ed's Xerxes, because I've never met a PH but he's such an amazing dog; Maria's Talus, so I can squish him; Joyce's Max, I think he's a good boooooooy; Megan's Pirate, because he's spunky and I want to play with his mohawk; Alieliza's Tyson, I don't think I need to explain; Megan's Wyatt, because he's such a handsome guy; Briana's Sniper, another squishable puppy.

Oh, and Rupert sez he'd love to visit anybody's house! As long as it involves playing and cuddling.

I'd take Neiko, because I think Salem would have a blast playing together. I'll send Cheza over. Maybe Dakota can help her with her manners, lol.

I'd also like to take Rascal, because he is soooo cute and Salem loves little dogs.

I don't think I could lend Salem out to anyone though. I love him too much and he is too attached. Smile Cheza on the other hand is a brat, lol.

Well..im kinda new here..so i dont know too many others..but id love Lillie the Irish Setter, and hektor the dogo :)...either of yall can have Diesel if you'd like hahahaa.

I will take Diesel. I'd like to hang out with an Akita for a while.I think their pretty. You can take Lillie to visit your mom while you have her so she can learn how to be a show dog!!

This is a tough one because I don't want anyone to feel left out but I have to admit I have my favorites. In no particular order:

Pofi because I think he's Grady's long lost brother from another bitch. Roopy just cuz we still have a huge pile of sticks in our backyard for him to play with. Sniper because I'd love to snuggle with her. Bugsy because Grady would love a chance @ tiring him out. Of Course Tyson for some eye candy. Thor because he's just wow, gorgeous. Tally Mon for the same reason & I just want to smoosh him. Dora cuz I think she'd give Grady a run for his money & she's pretty. Logan & Scout, of course. Snuffa for no particular reason besides I think she's so freaking adorable. Butter! How could I forget her? & Miss Bella Ella. Markie & Honey. Max, the king of the stink face. I almost forgot the Dobies just because I love the breed as well as the Pibbles.

Now for the small dogs: ALL the Paps. Pirate because he's just so darned handsome. Nikki because she's Grady's mini me.

Please note that it's not just the dogs I want to borrow but it's their people I'd love to meet as well.
