I wonder when my roommate is going to learn..(Yes it's dog related=P) (kinda rant)

My roommate doesn't want to neuter Wolf because he wants puppies out of him, keeping in mind Wolf has gotten out every heat cycle for I don't know how many years till I moved in. So now I'm sitting in my basement listening to said roommate YELLING at Wolf because his friend is over with an intact female(said female is under control and listens) and Wolf won't listen and the female keeps attacking Wolf when he gets to near. I don't mind the dog fight, but I do mind is the audacity this guy has to get mad at the dog!  Roommate won't even put a leash on Wolf to get him under control. But I know if I went up there, I'd have him under control in no time, or I'd put him in another room to calm down. I won't thou as he's not yet my dog (and yes I know that sounds mean) but this is a guy who pawns his dog on every person that walks through the door and ruined 3 months of hard work on my part to get Wolf trained in a day! A day! I didn't even know that was possible!!  Then again this is the guy who figured 2 large cans of wet dog food would be enough to feed a 75lbs dog for a week.Angry The saddest day was when I walked in to the living room and saw Wolf hunting through empty pizza boxes because his owner spent the dog food money on drugs and figured I would pay for it. He got a rude awakening that morning.. *snickers*  I'm not mean and I wouldn't give a dam if roommate starved because of his habit at the time but when I saw his dog STARVE because it, lets just say he quit the drug habit pretty fast...Angel

I can't wait to get out of this house so I can take Wolf with me!

No I don't know why I just posted all this.. I guess I finally needed to vent to some people who don't know the situation, don't know the people and don't know the dog... And ya know what! I feel better...Thanks for letting me rant!

I wouldn't necessarily assume he has quit. He just quit doing it where you can catch him. I agree that you should get out of there when you can and rescue the dog if at all possible. Two cans of food for such a large dog for a week is a sure sign of not being able to do some basic math, which can be a sign of altered perception.

Trust me, he's quit. I still live with him and he never leaves the house or has people over. This guy lives in his own reality and if we don't see it his way, he'll pout and act like a child (the guy is like 50). He buys proper bags of dog food now because I threaten to call AC and get Wolf removed.

Now if I didn't live with him, I wouldn't assume he quit but I do know for a fact that he did.
