To Bear's Secret Santa

do you like my signature I'm not sure if we are supposed to share who our Secret Santas are...are we?

Yes, I think your signature is cool!  I have cats, too, so can appreciate it.  I looked at your avatar just now, too, and realized it was in the package.  I'm not sure how long you've had that up - so maybe if I'd paid better attention, I would have figured it out.  There goes my career as a CSI.

I don't know if we're supposed to share - yet.  Maybe closer to Christmas?  If I screwed up, I'm sorry.  I've never had a Secret Santa before.

I've been wondering myself about how "secret" this is supposed to be.  I just figured if we don't put a return address on the package and it goes astray for some reason, how would we know or how would it come back to us? It will still be a "secret" for the dogs.

I just sent mine out today. I put a return address on it, but not my name or Salems. I figure they still wont know who it is since its my office address. I just didn't want it to not get returned if for some reason they needed to.

Bear's had a return address, just no name.  My main concern, aside from thanking SS, was also to let the person know we did receive it.  Nothing I hate worse than sending out a package to someone and not knowing if it arrived. 

I sent out Secret Santa gifts on Thursday. They should be arriving, if not today, then Monday or Tuesday (they are going quite a distance.) But I did put my name and return address on the package. So, the human will know who it is (maybe).

Is it too late to participate??  Sounds fun!

I think they set this up early (back in October maybe)  I was too late to join in that too.  If there is enough interest, maybe some of us late comers could do another one...but we'd have to be quick about it.

If you're too late to sign up for Secret Santa, someone will probably set up Happy Mail in a few months.  That's always fun - it's for the people instead of the dogs.
