Rupert is my little furry hot water bottle. He sleeps in our bed, under the covers, snuggled up against me. I love it. [:)]

Myrt and Frosty are the first dogs we have ever let up on the bed.Myrt will lay on my husband's side when I go to bed. When she gets hot or tired of me petting her she lays in the floor in front of her dog bed.Myrt waits till both my husband and I are asleep to make her move to the foot of the bed.
Frosty likes to get in bed early in the morning and lay right next to me unless we are having a thunderstrom then he gets between us.He hates thunder.

Just curious? I don't like the idea of dogs been kept outside thou. Lacey & Misty has always been kept indoors from day one

I agree about not keeping dogs outside. When we adopted Jessie, she hopped into my daughter's bed to sleep with her, but she's the size of a Lab and there wasn't enough room in a twin -sized bed for both of them. We bought Jessie a bed and set it next to my daughter's bed, and that's where she sleeps.

Chyna sleeps in her bed in the dog's room.
Bevo sleeps on the foot of the bed.
Brinxx sleeps wherever she falls for the night.
Shooter sleeps under the covers as close to me as possible.
Schatzi sleeps in her crate in the dog's room.
Cindy is sleeping in a crate in my bedroom.

I'm a night person and stay up really late most of the time.  I ususally just plant myself on the couch so as not to disturb my husband.  He's the type any little thing wakes him up.  Willow will stay in the living room with me, she will start out on her bed, then go to the floor, then the rug, then up on the couch.

Then early morning I'll go lay in bed for awhile and she comes right in and waits to be invited up.

    Houndlove, that picture is hilarious!!!![sm=rotfl.gif]

Otto spends some of the night on the foot of my bed and I leave his crate door open because he likes to go in there sometimes too.

Max starts the night out on the bed. He eventually gets hot after about 15 mins and gets down on the floor or on his dog bed.

Cassidy and Mirelle each have beds in my room, and that's where they sleep at night. Cassidy sometimes chooses to sleep on my bed, and she's allowed to, but Mirelle isn't without 'permission'. The problem is that sometimes Mirelle is a little stinker and climbs up in the bed...and since I'm sleeping I assume it's Cassidy and don't make her get off....then I wake up and see Mirelle on there! She only comes up when she thinks I'm sleeping. It's kind of funny, if Cassidy wants up, she will stand up and stare at Mirelle, and the puppy jumps off for Cassidy to get on my bed, since Mirelle knows she's not supposed to be on the bed.

During the day, they sleep in the hallway, dog bed in the livingroom, living room floor, or Cass on the couch, wherever they want to.

Bog sleeps in my bed......He's a bed hog! I have a queen size bed and usually I  wind up near the edge trying not to fall off[&:],  When I have a restless night he goes to the floor right where my feet go[8D] when getting up.!
