Janice, where did you find a fully costumed Santa (with all the appropriate displays) already?  I know the holiday decorations are in the stores, but I haven't seen any organized photo-ops advertised here yet.  For a second, I wondered if it was you or your husband dressed as Santa, but then I figured you wouldn't have had all the stuff for the background & props in your house!

The local dog food & supply store/training center had it all set up, and a professional photographer came in. No sitting fees! It's the second year they had it. I think Santa was a friend of the store owner.

I got his sweater on eBay for $5 (plus $5 shipping). It came still in the original packaging from Old Navy, priced at $17. Whee! I love deals.
