     Is there anything stinky, yet harmless you could put out there? Like fish or something LOL Could you imagine them rolling in fish and coming home smelling awful! When I grew up in FL we would take our dogs to the beach and they would always seem to find a dead fish and ROLL in it YUCK!! LOL I don't know if that is safe or not though....

    I thought I'd mention that besides the creative ideas, there's always the option of just flinging the poop back into their yard! :D

    I would try the horse or cow manure.Every time I go visit a neighbor and my irish setter goes with me she thinks it's a great idea to eat then roll in the cow crap next door from them.Now when I go to my neighbors house poor Lillie gets stuck at home while her sisters get to go with me.

    Her eating in it and rolling in it worked great for getting her stuck home so it should work for your neighbors to keep their dogs out of your yard.If it dont then there must be something seriously wrong with those neighbors of yours.I know I dont enjoying washing crap off my dog's whole body.
