Xeph..other GSD people..Andrew Hunte

I decided not to renew my membership for the GSDCA last year way before A Hunte was admitted (for other reasons in fact), but yes, it is true.
 
Andrew Hunte was accepted into the GDSCA with 8 votes against, 9 for...so 8 people had sense in their heads.  From what I understand, they were fearing a lawsuit if they didn't let Hunte join.  My personal feeling was "Grow some balls and shut him out,", but hey, I'm not a member, what I think doesn't matter (it didn't matter what I thought when I was a member...hence why I'm not anymore).
 
I've really had it with the GSDCA, and what I have learned within GSD circles is that you can be a member of the GSDCA, know jack s*** and be respected because you paid $66 to have a construction paper card with your membership on it.  But hey, even if you know nothing, people will listen because you're a card carrying member!

Folks are saying this was a backdoor way for AKC to resuggest that Petland partnership they had to pull not long ago. Given that Hunte Corp is the main source of Petland's puppies it really does make some sense to be wary.

Sure, join the puke train.  I'm sure a few hundred gallons have been emitted already.  Although with the state of the GSD as it is already, I'm really not sure how much work Hunte can make it.

Doesnt Jimmy Moses handle a dog for him?

Yup, Jimmy Moses finished a dog for Mister Hunte.  On the one hand, I think "How can you do that?" but on the other hand, Jimmy's business is to handle dogs.  That's what he does.  Can't blame a man for putting more money in his pockets.
 
If it hadn't been Jimmy, it woulda been somebody else.

Well, Gina, you cleared up something for me.  I see JB Hunt trucks all over here, every day.  I was wondering if there was a connection between them and Hunte.

Wow, I'm so glad you posted that! My fiance is a trucker and we would both be horrified if he inadvertently worked for puppy millers! [X(]
