Can a dog do this>?

I was wondering if all of you think a dog can do this (with a little bit/ minor amount oftraining) and whether you be interested in such a product for your dog.   Pretty much: a water dispensor for a dog, but it is activiated by the dog stepping on a little paw peddle. Not electronic, and all manual, the dog controls it all!   Anyone ??
