"Border collies to be allowed to work in city Waukesha - Aldermen have approved the use of professionally trained border collies to chase Canada geese from city parks and Prairie Home Cemetery when the birds are a nuisance. Aldermen have revised an ordinance that prohibited unleashed dogs from running in the city, and they directed that only border collies be used. " I think we have a discimination issue when I just look at the headline.
