    so mad

the english setter i asked about a week or so ago, my cousins "skinny dog", is missing. i am so mad. they have two setters, a male and a female, well her dad took them out walking in the woods last night, off leash apparently (a hunting dog, come on!) and the she ran off. i guess they couldn't find her last night and i asked her to update me this morning whether they found her and she emails me saying that its still missing, she thinks it may have had a heart attack or something because she hadn't been eating much the past week and was acting funny. WTH?! i told her to take it to the vet weeks ago and now not only have they not taken her in but she wasnt eating and now on top of that she is missing. it was 5 degrees last night. GRRRRRRR! that poor dog, i hope like heck that someone found her and brought her inside. i am so dissapointed [&o]

my cousin expects me to be sympathetic for her right now, im more worried about her dog, i almost hope some did find her, and doesnt return her, since she didnt even have any tags Angry

Don't you wish we could pick our family members sometimes?

It's so frustrating.  There are lots of people who feel that if a dog sticks around and survives, that's good, but if a dog runs off to follow its nose, gets attached by coyotes, hit by a car, or frozen....oh, well so be it...that's a dog's life.  All you can do is discourage them from getting another one.

while putting up signs today she saw one that said found, with her dogs picture on it, so she has her dog back. she was outside for over 24 hours and crossed a busy highway. i insisted that she needs to take her to the vet right away, but we will see. the guy that found her was so nice, i know my cousin missed her dog, but i wish he would've kept her [>:]
