A little brag for Max

• A little brag for Max fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 1/22/2007 2:23:32 PM Yesterday afternoon, two  little girls in the neighborhood came by taking orders for Girl Scout cookies.  As usual, as soon as the doorbell rang, Max was right there with his nose against the door, waiting. "Sit."  He sat, and was  up again in about 2 seconds. I opened the door with my left hand,  holding his collar in  my right and then told  him to sit again, gently pushing his little butt toward the floor.  He sat, and stayed right there in the doorway, while we wrote  up the order for cookies and I know he really, really, really wanted to go outside and get off the porch - because their mom was with them and she had their dog on a leash. It took a few  minutes to read all the different kinds of cookies and figure out who wanted what kind and then I had to turn my back to write up my order, so I'm really proud of  him for sitting there so nicely.
