I know basically nothing about dog breeds, (or dogs in general) but I still fail to see any real doberman features except colors. She's also grown about 15 lbs, and is starting to look more mature. Losing that puppy look, you know? Why do you people say doberman? Why do you say Rott? (other than the colors)  Just curious. I find it hard to believe she has any Sharpe/Chow in her, but I've heard those are the only two breeds with blue/black tongues. Evolution perhaps? Also, after some browsing,  I *content removed*. Ohh yeah, Also, I've never really heard her bark, its always more of a "howwwwwwwwwl ruff ruff ruff" "howwwwwwwwwl" ruff" type thing. My old german shephard/collie mix (RIP, girl) used to have distinct "ruff ruff ruff ruff" type barking.   Moderator warning....your comments in this thread need to remain respectful. twice now you've treaded close to the line. • Mikaela Ritter Posted : 1/19/2007 12:38:36 AM Well I say Dobe because she's got a fairly racey body and the long neck like a Dobe would have.  Looking closer at her I wonder if she's a Dobe/Rott X.  She's got the boxy muzzle of a Rott with the muzzle length of a Dobe X.  She's got Rott shaped ears with more the size of a Dobe's.  Rott shaped box head with the slenderness of a Dobe.  She looks to be more square bodied like a Rott, but slender like a Dobe.  Edit: Whoops, sorry Gina.....that comment just irked me a lot.  I'll let you do it next time [] 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
