help sad dog

My dog (4 year old jack russell) has been acting out of character for a couple of days now. She just looks sad has been sleeping a lot and even when a walk is mensioned she seem uninterested (she normally knocks the door down) she likes to be curled up under a blanket and cuddled up to me. with it being xmas me and my b/f have been out of our normal work rountine and have been off visiting family. We took tess with us for the weekend when we went to see family and now if we leave the house she seems to think she should be coming too. Have we just upset her rountine??? I'm also 4 months pregnant could she be reacting to this?

I would get to the vet as soon as the holiday is over....A jack acting like that bears checking out,,,, may be nothing, but I would not take the chance.

Yes, that sounds like illness to me. Is she eating, drinking, pooping okay?

I agree with the others, vet visit's in order. Dogs can be very stoic and only show their pain or illness by seeming depressed or going off their food... it could be nothing but I would get her checked out.
