    should i be concerned

about my dogs neck?! after reading another post i think i might have a problem. at this point i have no other option at certain times during the day than to tie my dog to the porch long enough for him to go potty, and the only place i can put him is in front of our house, which faces the road. my dog hates amish and motorcycles, all other vehicles are fine, but those two he books towards the road and doesnt stop unitl he reaches the end of the line and kind of snaps back. he just wears a regular collar right now, does he need a harness? or other type of restraint? i don't want my dogs neck snapped over this stupid situation im in for now. thanks!

I highly recommend  using a harness. I feel that they are safer all the way around.
