breed ?

• breed ? tammygirl06 Posted : 12/28/2006 6:14:03 PM Hi All, Our family just adopted Tammy from the local shelter and we're really not sure what breed she is.  All they told us is possibly mixed with chihuahua.  They said that she is at her maximum size and about 1-2 yrs old.  Can anyone help us figure out what breed she may be by just looking at her? and Would bringing her to the vet give me a more definate answer about her breed and age? Either way we love her already and she is a great addition to the family. • jones Posted : 12/28/2006 6:42:17 PM Bringing her to the vet is a good idea in general but I think she looks mostly like a Heinz 57... or maybe just a Heinz 7. [] Hard to say if a vet will give you a better idea, they are pretty much like us in that regard - some will be great at IDing breeds and others won't. She is just the cutest thing i've seen (besides my human children of course ha ha).  We spent our first night together and she was absolutely great.  She slept with me and my 3 yr old on the pull out sofa so I could make sure she went out when she needed to.  To my amazment she only got up at 5am to go out and then knocked back out on the bed.  I wish I had that luck with my kids when they were babies LOL. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
