If you were to run away from home, would your dog come?

I only tried to run away a few times when I was little, and never with the dogs because I knew my family would be heartbroken if the dog disappeared (although I never seemed to realize that they would indeed miss me more than the dog!!!!).

if i ran away from home i would take: bag's of beef jerky, a blanket and berserker.

of course the idea isn't even plausible in my situation, too many responsibilities.

may i ask why you are asking this?

I have no reason to "run away from home," but yes, I'd bring Roxie if I had to evacuate for a natural disaster.

I wouldn't run away from home, but I think if there was some type of natural disaster or anything else that sent us running for the hills, I have no doubt that Cole would follow me.  The few times he's gotten out of my yard, even at my old house, he didn't want to go anywhere if I wasn't going.  He and I are bound together in ways that surpass fences and leashes.
