Your pics make it look that way but the ad shows them around the neck as pretty snug.   They roll up around the neck and are intended to fit snuggly when they are on properly.  But when I'm nearby to keep an eye on him, I leave it more loose to allow more airflow between the collar and his neck.  0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
