    Mindless neighbors

We have an dog owner who say his female dog is in heat but yet he still lets her roam around the entire neighborhood playing with everyone and other dogs. She is  a little dog agressive towards certain breeds. What should i do should i tell him letting his dog roam around in heat mean puppies will soon come. Or should i let the lord help him because i dont want my dog getting into any trouble with the neighbs because they get along now.

I don't really see how the lord is going to help in this one (or anyone for that matter, but i'll stop there). If the dog is in heat, and wandering around the neighborhood, if there's an unneutered male around, there'll be puppies soon. The best thing to do would probably be calling animal control and let them know about the loose dog.

If the Lord could help we wouldn't have such a high number of dogs in shelters, and people like me rescueing a good number of them. And, sadly the rest get put to sleep.
    Please, call the animal control.............[;)]

AC has gotten the dog and say yes she is having pregnant and in terrible condition. She is a nice dog but kind of dog agressive towards certain breeds. Most likely the puppies will come out with health problems and will probally have to be put to rest soon after birth. Only the lord can help and let everything be in his hands good thing my dog is a laid back nice dog.

The "Lord's help" with dogs or any creature is the drive to mate and reproduce.

It's a human's reponsibility to exercise proper animal husbandry ("For He gave dominion over all the animals to Man..."). This includes proper containment for everyone's safety, spay and neuter to control population and resources, training to facilitate an easier co-existence. The Lord could help us by making stupid people sterile but we're supposed to decide these things ourselves as part of our free will and responsibility. And when fellow "humans" fail to act properly, we have to deal with that, too.

I think that maybe you should call animal control and tell them what is going on.  Then the problem might be solved.
