They spent the night outside. I feel so horrible!! It wasn't very cold last night and they do have shelter and bedding out there. Boy, do I owe them though. He was actually in his spot right under our bedroom window and never uttered a peep until the wee hours of the morning when I heard some rustling and quiet whining out there and realized, omg I left the dog outside!!! I still have paranoid fits about that. Every now and then I'll wake up in the middle of the night like "AAAHHHH! Everyone has been sick in this house, and I think the stresses of daily life, holidays and being sick caught up with us last night.
