What Song Reminds You of Your Dog/s?

Your welcome. Another song I think of is "Jake" by Alan Jackson but I haven't found a decent video of it.

The rest of the gang is a song by??? Me and My Gang... It reminds me of my rowdy crowd I have. The silly things they do and the unity we have. Ron could you name that song?
 
And for my rainbow kids, Just one more time also by Rod Stewart. And part of a song by Rod Stewart , I'd would rather go blind child, than to see you walk away from me child, so you see I love you so much I don't want to see you leave me baby. Most of all I just don't want to be free. I was just.... I was just... sittin here thinking of your kiss and your warm embrace child.
 
 When the reflection in the glass that I held to my lips now baby revealed the tears I had on my face.

This song meaning to me "Child" being my fur children, and the pain I feel when they do go to the rainbow bridge and leave me behind.

The other song, Just One more time, I don't know the lyrics by heart but it means just that, wishing I could hold them, touch them just one more time.

And last song for my rainbow kids is "Angel" by Rod Stewart.

Meaning to me is, when I finally let go and set them free to return to their creator, that I have accepted their death. In my dreams I will see them again. Forever they will be by my side as I was by theirs. Deep I know.
Funny how you interperate songs to fit how your emotional status is or how you are feeling at just that moment.

I hear One More Day by Diamond Rio, three days after my australian shepherd Sandee passed.  Now every time I hear this song, I think of all of my dogs.

Peanut is so mellow I think of Isreal Ole's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
But, when she runs, she's FAST, but smooth and fluid that Enya's "Orinoco Flow" comes to mind.

I love this song, whenever I visit the place where my husband ashes are, I always play it.  It also makes me think of the day my little chunky monkey passes away and how much I am going to wish everyday for one more day.

Walter has a few songs, but recently my son (age 6) sang AWAY IN A MANGER for school. The other day I found him with his head on Walter's belly singing:

the little Lord WALTER lay down his sweet head"

Needless, to say I had to stop that immediately, but privately had a good chuckle about it.
