So I filled out the fostering application for my local Humane Society and now I just have to wait, I guess. But I'm so excited! And, as an added bonus, you will find that your training skills improve rapidly (assuming you are already not an expereinced traininer). • gradyupmybutt Posted : 11/19/2006 9:36:26 PM Fostering is wonderful.  I loved helping a dog find a wonderful new home where she'll be loved @ appreciated.  It is very rewarding.  Like Amyliz said, it does give you confidence on your training skills.  Grady definitely has enough hound in him to make me doubt my ability to train a dog.  Training Molly was such a pleasure because she WANTED to be a good girl & please her human.  Anyway, my one word of warning for you, Helena is to guard your heart.  Molly took mine & she won't give it back. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
