Well maybe not stupid, but it makes people think the wrong thing. sheesh... Criminals get these dogs because of the way the dog makes them look. Not because the dog is inherently "viscious". And of course people that are law breakers are not going to license their dog. Sheesh... so you're going to assume I'm a criminal because I don't license my dogs? Whatever, give me a break.

Notice these statistics are focused on only one state. What does this article say about Ohio??? Maybe its the water.LOL

A study of 355 dog owners in Ohio showed that every owner of a high-risk breed known for aggression had at least one brush with the law, from traffic citations to serious criminal convictions.

Hmmm? Aren't Pit Bulls terriers. Who ever wrote this article didn't do their research.
