A GREAT Start in Harrisburg!

This weekend is my Am Staff clubs Regional Specialty 4 day extravaganza. Starting today we had sweeps classes and supported entry, tomorrow will be the same. Today we had 20 some dogs..forgive me I didn't check the exact numbers BUT.......
Markie went BEST OF BREED!!!!!!! Winning over his FATHER who was a Westminster winner. He also got pulled out first in the group and we were in the line up and he decided he was BORED and wanted to play. Needless to say we then didn't get anything out of the group..what a GOOF! This judge gave him a group 3 in the past so I felt very confident he was seriously going to leave us in the #1 position...Oh well...we've got a few more days I guess.

Big news...I am excitedly waiting to meet JAN! She is coming to PA with the Gordons. She's also asked Dustin to lend a hand so I'm sure you'll get pictures of all of us

I'm an hour outside of Harrisburg. Are you going to be at the farmshow convention center thingy next to Harisburg Area Community College?

Awesome! Congrats on the win. He's a very handsome boy.

How many dogs were there? We went to The Tulsa Combined Specialty and there were 66 papillons there. Plus 53 basenjis, 50 some odd Shelties, and many other breeds, It was crazy.

Jaime, what time are you going to be there till? Tomorrow isn't going to be any good for me, since i'll be spending a good portion of the day filling in little circles on tests, but there's a remote possibility I could get there Sunday.

If I wouldn't have had a show this weekend, I would have been in Harrisburg myself. My company opened a regional processing center in Harrisburg and they had asked me to go out for 2 weeks this month to train associates. I turned it down because of the show. [sm=angry.gif] I could have seen my boy, dang it!

What a big win. Congratulations to both of you, and give Jan and the black Irish Setters hugs from me. She's a hoot and I miss seeing her here and at shows.
