It makes me wonder about the empathy of the society as a whole. But to fix the problem, what is so hard about vaccinating dogs/issuing rabies tags?   I hate even reading things like this- I get so mad, but know that I am not going to change China... so I feel like it's wasted energy. • dyan Posted : 11/16/2006 9:43:48 PM Its very sad...I won't look at that link,,,I've seen some pictures before and its too heartbreaking.  Why in the world does this government have to do this?  It couldn't have been good there for a while. I don't know if any of the "oldies" remember this but there used to be a young boy from China (I believe it was China) that had one or two Dobies...he put their pictures up here on Idog...I believe his father was a doctor there. But he came here pleading for help back then,,,that the government was going after dogs...they were hiding theirs.  That was probably at least 2 years ago.
