Thank you for the welcome back!  I've missed everyone and updates on your critters big and small.  I apparently missed a lot of drama too... not so sorry I missed that, though [8|] 
 
Glenda - What Hayley and I meant regarding not getting emails was that when we asked the system to email us our password reminder/reset the email never came (when we tried to log in with our old password it said 'invalid password" and then gave a choice to reset it or retry, etc.).  I also tried to set up another account and it wouldn't email me the verification either!  I did the samething, Hayley, and went to the old idog (via archives) and email Jaime, but it's weekend for here... so fortunately I finally found the post that you spoke of Glenda, but I thought I'd add the instructions in this email incase someone found their way here, first.  Which seemed to help, YAY!
 
I agree, the place has a lot of fun features, MK and a few other horsey people have been laying at the horse.com boards and had a chance to experience the new  format and it's great.  I'm enjoying it so much more than I was yesterday - and in particular last night! 
 
Hey yeah Liz, it is kinda like a doggy My Space!  I didn't think of it like that!  Karin - very true, change is good.  Just not at 1am!  [8D]

Thanks Glenda! I dug around in a few of the other threads and figured it out!

If Glenda hadn't helped me I still wouldn't have gotten on!! I did get something that told me about the email address but it didn't matter, I still had a heck of a time. Yeah,,and to have to open each post and close it again to go on to the next,,,what a pain. Thank goodness Glenda was there to tell me to set it up using FLAT instead of Tree.  Shew.  And I can't begin to tell you how many times I had to resize my picture for my avatar!!!!     Yeah, I wasted the better part of today on this forum,,,just trying to learn. BUT I think I'm gonna LOVE it!!

And the absolute hysterical thing here is that I am totally computer illiterate!  I'm rolling on the floor laughing that *I* of allll people actually figured ANY of this out!!
