We are finally in our new home! We finished moved yesterday at about 9pm, and Lizzie is just bursting with happiness!! Since I got her she has never had so much room to run around, and it felt great being able to let her run around such a big open space. Laika seems very at ease with her new surroundings also, shes taken ownership of the nice big tree that gives cool shade during the day. Im so happy I finally have a nice space, my DS can now run around (hes walking now!) and we can take the kids to the park, and take the pups for walks, which we were not able to do before.
Im a bit wary of leaving Liz alone, because even though everyone in the neighborhood knows my mom, I don#%92t like leaving a “Lassie” dog outside when Im not around, someone may think she#%92d make a good pet, so shes in my balcony when Im away, or inside. Lizzie is a good girl though and she makes it known to strangers that she isn#%92t overly friendly, this lady walked by our house and stopped at the fence to coo over Lizzie and Liz just ran onto the porch and barked at her. Laika wont even give strangers the time of day if shes lounging around.
