Chew toys that will hold up

• Chew toys that will hold up jode88 Posted : 8/30/2006 3:52:48 PM Gosh, Sam is such a chewer.  Fortunately, only with his chew toys- no furniture shoes ect.  I am having a hard time finding chew toys that he doesn't destroy in 10min.  He really likes sqeekies and stuffed toys but the really tough canvas ones don't even hold up.  A couple of Ropes and a couple plastic toys have held up. • ladiebug Posted : 8/30/2006 5:25:53 PM My 2 are also chewers, Peanut chewed constantly when teething.  We had good success with artificial nylabones, but throw away when knuckles get chewed off.  Edible nylabones lasted about 1 day, now it's about 20min, & we monitor in case of choking.  Booda cornstarch bones, used to last about 3 weeks, now about a week.  Now that they're older we give raw bones, knuckles which last about a week depending on size & frozen marrow which last 1 day - it's their ice cream.  We tried the bully sticks, they last about 1 day.  All in all the artificial nylabones lasted the longest, then cornstarch edibles. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
