It stormed here last night, and Grey started barking when he first heard the thunder. When Grey (sleeping on the couch in the living room) began to bark, Brown (sleeping on his bed in our room) jumped out and took off out of the room, but before he got out, he (I think it was him) started screaming bloody murder. It wasn't just a yipe. It was non-stop screaming. Brett and I flew out of bed to see what happened, and both dogs were standing in the living room looking at us like "what??" I suspect that Brown slipped and hurt his knee when he took off running because we just changed the floor in our bedroom, and it's kind of slippery. Brown also strained the cruciate ligament in his right knee about two or so months ago, so I'm very concerned that he could hurt himself even more. Of course, he's not limping or showing any signs of discomfort. So I really don't know if he did hurt his knee or if he ran into something in the dark, poked himself in the foot, etc. I really don't know what he did, and I'm guessing it was Brown because he's the one who took off out of the room, but Grey also met him by the door before they ran into the living room, so it could have been either of them.
So I really don't know what happened, but I'm going to get a rug to

ut by the dog beds in our room so no one will slip when they take off running (incase that is what happened).
