Can somebody help me to find out my dog's age?

Basically what everyone is trying to say is that you just cant tell the age of a dog by looking at pictures and even by taking a close look at the teeth it is still only a guess. Also with a mixed breed you cant allways tell what mix it is.You can only venture a guess based on apearance, size and sometimes behaiviors like herding.Your best bet is going to the person who gave her to you and find out where they got her from and try to trace back from there. If you can find her original vet or have her vet records that may help also.
You could also just love her for what she is and take good care of her and love her as she deserves to be loved and be satisfied with that. She is adorable!

No need to get so upset.  Let me use my considerable expertise to put your mind at ease.

She is a mutt who is less than 27 years old.

    Feel better?  [:)]

Uuummm... I don't wanna burst your bubble, and I could be wrong about this, but I don't think that's a border collie.

That was my first thought as well... sure doesn't look like a border collie to me

I too think the same thing.

I say it's not a border collie either. But, with mixed dogs, the breed is sometimes never going to be known. Sometimes its easier just to love your dog and forget about breeds.

Awwww dont cry, most pups start losing there milk teeth at about 4 months of age some sooner, some later.
shes a doll, and a keeper

I think she's a chihuahua cross and a real doll; you're so lucky to have such a cute dog. [:D] There are many of us ( including me) who got our dogs from shelters and don't know with certainty our dog's age, and if the dog is a mix we're lucky if we can tell the breed of one of the parents. When we first adopted Jessie I very much wanted to know which breeds had combined to make this wonderful dog so I understand how you feel, but as time goes by and you love her more the need to know what kind of dog she is will fade.  You will love her for the unique individual she is and it won't matter if she's part hyena because you know she loves you with all her heart and she's your best friend.
