I really need to stay off the internet. I'm on a stray wait list for a dog I saw online. Every town around us has had City Day's fireworks for the last month so the county shelters are
acked. I was planning on waiting until Freddy is out of his snotty teenage stage but this dog is very cute and submissive enough that it would probably work.
What's really bugging me is she is microchipped (not updated), clipped, and her bangs have just been trimmed. Her arrival date corresponds with last weeks fireworks so I wish her owners would get off their butts and go look for her.
I'm trying not to get my hopes up because I do feel guilty about picking an easy (highly adoptable) dog and I'm not the first person on the wait list. We can only have two dogs per household so maybe this spot is for the dog that just finds me.
