New here and new dog owners

His name is Kaos, pronounced like chaos, and he is a great addition to the house. There are many questions needing answers and I will be posting them in the right sections soon. • Xebby Posted : 1/23/2007 2:57:17 AM Awww....what a cutie!   Welcome, there are a few others on here that own dachshunds and I'm sure they would be more than happy to share with you how to care for your new pup.  They are such a fun breed and it sounds like Kaos will bring much joy into your life.[]   One thing I do know about dachshunds, and have seen more than I've needed to, is that they get overweight fairly easy so you want to get him off on a good diet, (the nutrition sections has some great info about what to feed and what to stay away from).  Because of it's shape an over weight dachshund will end up with back, and breathing  roblems and other such roblems so it's always good to keep up with that, will really extend the life of your dog. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
