I personally won't feed Iams because I think it's a lower quality food with a high quality price tag. I can get Innova for a little $ more from a local shop... but it turns out even cheaper once you figure in the Kcals. My cats also aren't picky about their dry food, so I'm not stuck feeding one that's not so great.
We feed our five cats Innova and are leaning somewhat toward Evo.Unfortunately, 3 of them are overweight. It's hard to find time to excercise them properly with Maddi and the fact that some of them won't play when the others are around. Let's forget about the dog [

], whom won't let them play without making a fuss. We're thinking about turning the attic into a kitty sanctuary though.
We also free-feed, per-say. But, since a few are overweight, they get a certain amount each day. For the most part, they like to partition it themselves in the morning (predog... I mean predawn) and at night.
