I'm sorry...

to Lisa R/aka ClassyCairn and anyone else who was waiting for an update on 'the minis". Something was wrong with my acct. and I was unable to post or even login Angry

. I'm glad it's fixed now!

Anyway, I got them last Friday and they are doing well. The little gelding is pretty wound up right now - he's totally excited about seeing the other horses - and has been running around the paddock and whinning to them. They should be out of quarantine on Saturday so hopefully he will settle down once he is in the main barn. I attribute some of it to the fact that he wasn't gelded until age 4. He acts like "mini" version of my Appy gelding.

The little mare is so sweet. She's starting to follow me around already and has been calm as a cucumber. Everyone thinks they are both adorable.

I'm happy for you, maybe the little guy will run off some of his tummy heehee! You mare sounds sweet. I miss my horses, but I am enjoying everyone on this site. I'll send pictures of my horses that we had as soon as I can figure out how to. Good Luck, Lisa

I'm so excited! The minis finally get to go into the main barn today...no more trudging back and forth from the quarantine barn to the main barn.

The vet is coming out today to give shots then they can go over. It will be interesting to see how O'Malley does. He has calmed down some but still gets excited around the "big" horses.
