A snake in my bed

I soooo wish that you had a picture of the look on your husbands face! I used to be less than thrilled about snakes, but recently have started to not mind them as much. I was born in the year of the serpent and I think some of the pythons come in beautiful colors.

Yes, that would have been grounds for divorce in my house. I am TERRIFIED of snakes. We were walking this weekend and I saw one "in the wild" for the first time. It was crawling, like 4 ft in frony of me. I completely lost it--jumped back screaking and burst into tears. I really surprised my poor husband. I could still see it's icky little tail and he knew that I would NOT walk past the spot unless he did something, so he went behind it and kind of shooed it away. Sally just looked completely confused by the whole incident. She probobly would have liked to chase the snake if she hadn't been distracted by my carrying on....

But in my bed!?!?!?!?!?! Good lord, I probobly would have passed out......*shudders at thought*...........*still shuddering*......

Twelvepaws, that is a heartwarming story.

I did have lion cubs in my bed and he loved them!

My friend who passed away last year had a Ball Python that he named Sulphur. He was the sweetest thing. And vain, too. He would hide when shedding his skin. But he would be out and about when he had his shiny new skin. Show off.
