• puggylover Posted : 5/18/2006 9:05:02 AM Yea I think he should also look into other things before jumping into the whole Fuel thing.  He did have a band before he went to AI so maybe he will go back to that and try to get the whole band a deal or I'm sure other bands will want him.  For those of you who don't know fuel Chris sounded almost exactly like Brett the old lead singer from Fuel.  I think they would sound great together, but he will do great where ever he goes.   Edit to add - The band did fly out to Cali to talk to Chris.  They were also at the AI show last night.  So there is a good chance they are really trying to get him in the band. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. I was a little worried when the 3rd song first started then he pulled it off. • dyan Posted : 5/24/2006 6:45:35 PM I watched it in parts because the Country Music Awards were on also last night (how stupid they were to put them on during AIs final week) and since I really don't care for either of this years finalists,,,,,I just tried to see the award show entertainment and as much AI as I could. I honestly did'nt see Kat sing her first song because the show had someone singing that I wanted to see.  By the way, the award show had Carrie Underwood singing "Jesus Take the Wheel" and then Kelly Clarkson was on later, singing with Rascal Flats!   I was really upset that the judges made such a big deal out of Taylor and saying he was going to win the whole thing and got everyone up and yelling about it. I can't imagine Kat being there to hear all that,,,I felt really bad for her.    So bad, that if fact I broke my back to keep calling to vote for her...but I don't think she will win. dialidol.com shows Taylor by a lot! 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. Reba hosted and even though she is not my favorite country singer, she does a great job as a MC because she is funny! Carry Underwood was so emotional singing her song she couldn't finish it.  She won a few awards besides!
