One of the neighbor girls across the street has been swimming at another neighbors house...common in nice weather....we get little trains of kiddos in swimmy suits []   Anyhow this girl I know for a fact is about 12-13y/o, very cute, blonde long hair.....she's wearing a two piece bathing suit, the kind with "boy short" bottoms...something I wouldnt allow but that's neither here nor there....   So our neighborhood "walker", a man who is alwyas walking around wearing headphones...lives in one of the houses on that street....is walking past her, turns...and stares at her backside for like an eternity....only a passing car breaks his attention...HOW DISGUSTING. This guy is 40something if he is a DAY. My skin started crawling and the poor girl was OBLIVIOUS!   I am thinking of this poor girl in OK who was recently kidnapped, tortured, raped and killed by a neighbor in her apt complex who intended to EAT her...and I am just sick...did that start out like this? staring?? admiring?...   I marched across the street and told her grandmother.....her parents live around the corner...and she was pretty upset....as was her uncle who is there also...he said the walker has never siad hello to him nor even met his eyes...and they've lived there a loooong time. Me neither....he'll walk right by and it's like you aren't there....but he about broke his neck staring at a little girl?? CREEP sez I....so...I told them. I just can't remember the name of the site right now. Do a google search and you may find it. It may sound like I am overreacting, but I don't think it would hurt to look into. Even if he is not on the list I would keep my eyes on him. Very handy....I've looked and there IS a low risk guy on that street (his charge was soliciting a 14y/o girl, and he did 5 years for it) but I'll be danged if the pic doesn't really look like him.   One of those "IF he shaved...and IF he lost some weight"...it COULD be him....I'll have to try and make an effort to see WHERE he comes from, housewise. they list an address and all that. I'd imagine changing ones appearance would be pretty high on a recently released SO's list of things to do right? • rwbeagles Posted : 5/5/2006 11:18:21 AM Thanks guys...   I did not call the police but we do have an anonymous tip email form on their website which I DID fill out with my name and address if they want to contact me. If nothing else maybe they will pay a call to our resident SO and make sure he's minding his own business.   They are good here, the police. One time a complete IDIOT was outisde visiting our then really awful trashy neighbors. He was painting a SWASTIKA on the hood of his car in spray paint...parked right out there on the street. I freaked out...being of mixed race myself and married to a white man...I could only think of what he might do aside from painting his car.   I called the police, AND sent them an email, even tho my DH thought I might be overreacting and they did come out and talk to him, and made him paint it over while they watched, then asked him to leave. Then the next day a detective was in contact via email....totally nice and making sure I was okay and asking if I was in need of anything, he said they DO NOT tolerate things like that in their city and I could tell he was truly upset by it.
