This one goes out to: All of you that have rescued, participated in rescuing, fostering, transporting, or helping those that rescue abandoned, lost, or otherwise unwanted (by the original owners) dogs.
To say that you give of yourself is incomplete. You provide a loving home, a warm hearth, a schedule, and a loving human to help these dogs acclimate back into normalcy. I know that it has to be hard to provide so much and then watch as the dog goes to be with his/her forever home. I know this first hand. I also know that this frees up the resources for you to rescue another. The sacrifices you make do not go unnoticed. There are thousands of dogs with happy homes to prove this.
From me, to you a genuine and sincere thank you.
