That looks great on you!  You're very brave!  Short hair doesn't look right on me!

Cute Janice!! ... I like the style!! But I feel ya. I'm not one to spend hours on my hair and I can NEVER make it look the way it does once I leave the salon. I swear they use magic.

The wash and wear matches you, too! But you're so pretty, you could probably get away with being bald, by the way you have beautiful eyes! []

Really nice!  My hair was longer than yours at one point...and I've had it shorter than yours is now!!  That style and length looks really good on you.  I've decided to regrow mine out until I have enough to chop it off and donate it to locks of love.  That's if I can handle having longish hair again heh.  

I like the 'less' styled look -- and it does look good on you!  I'm short-hair phobic too *grin* altho that's more serious than I care to admit.  But I'm completely inept with hair and I have to have mine long so I can brush it back, put a scrunchie in and have it look 'neat' and 'professional' and not *bad*.  I can do all that in a heartbeat and if I spent hours on it I'd simply be cranky and it would still look bad *grin*.

I don't know about the rest of the country, but here I think there is a law that all women over 40 wear that short football-helmet style of hair and I have a nightmare that I wake up on my 40th birthday looking like one of the mom-drones.

I had short hair about 2 years ago (mine's about 2 inches past my shoulders now), and I absolutely loved it. I'm trying to  muster up the courage to do it again!! []

[] ...I finally had to come in and see what two pages worth of Chop chop! was about.  I couldn't imagine...first I was thinking pork chops, then chop-chop, like quick-quick.  HAH, boy was I way off!

grrrrrr... i want a hair cut so bad!! my hair is almost to the middle of my back, and its thick, heavy and bloody hot!
if i say "hair cut" in front of my husband he gets upset... he likes it long.... but i am sick of it.

i have had it long for a while now.... last time it was cut it was just a trim to get rid of split ends... which i hate...

yep. i want my hair that short!! i would probably fall over backwards just from the weight being lifted off my head!!


and funny thing.. just think how much shampoo and water you're going to save!!

Funny thing... when DH saw it, he said, "I thought you were going to go shorter!" Geez, 12" isn't enough? (don't even start, Billy)


About the shampoo - I had no idea how much to use this morning. [sm=lol.gif] It felt really weird to wash it, too. There was nothing there!

I love it!

i once had my hair shorter than that, and i loved it! i used to ride horses and got tired of being dropped on my rear when i got my hair tangled in branches or spooked the horse while adjusted my pony tail... the first night i washed it i forgot had this HUGE glob of shampoo in my palm..... whoops!

it looks great.
i cut about as much as you a few years back. it ended up being shorter cause it wasnt as long in the first place. my hair dresser was actually afraid. he said he would cut half and and then if i still wanted it shorter the next day he'd cut it for me for free.. lol
 
i know the weird feeling when washing your hair. and dont you wanna run your hands trhough it all the time? i also found it reallu weird to not have to pull my hair though the neck of my shirts anymore.. haha

i'm going through that right now!!![>:] it really is hell. i had my hair short for years now and got sick of the hair dressers here giving me the 10-year old boy cut so i decided to grow it.
right now i have exactly 2 options to wear my hair that look acceptable.
1- i spend 20 min and half a can of spray to make it hard as concrete. it looks awesome but it's not for every day
2- i use a clip and a pair of sunglasses to keep it out of my face... i discovered this a few dys ago and it works well
