Two weeks to mother's day planting time

I was just logging in to say I'd pricked out my patio princess (burpee -bush tomato)and they were out under my overhang to harden off! Rule of thumb for my region (DelMarVa/PA)nothing before mother's day. Close enough I think. I've left them out to grow a little in the outdoors - as opposed to grow bulbs on a seed tray. A week or two will do it - voila, mother's day.

BTW I've also decided to plant my potted Jasmine outside - so they're out hardening off too. I have a mesh screen (deer fencing) up on my south side that I'm thinking I'll plant the jasmine and a clematis - maybe Nelly Moser if I can find it - so I'll have color in the spring and the summer. My melon has taken off like gangbusters too, as well as the squash, so they've been out under the overhang the last couple of days as well.
