and I added Parm cheese to mine.
Parmesan cheese is great on so many things that you would never think to use it on... If you like cheese a lot, next time you make homeade tacos or tostadas, sprinkle a little bit of parmesan cheese on top.. I am a big fan of freshly grated parm, but in
this case it is EXCELLENT with the crappy canned grated parm cheese. It gives it a really outstanding flavor. You can also use Cotija cheese which is mexican parmesan and is one of my favorite cheeses. I actually prefer to use
both on mexican food though.
