    ANGEL-
That sounds YUMMY (especially with the addition of wine and with a side of garlic bread[:)]) I am already hungry and DH is working late... [&o]  I might start the beef and veggie stir-fry early and he can heat some up later... is that too mean? [:D]  Afterall I am the one cooking it after working 10 hours today...

and I added Parm cheese to mine.

Parmesan cheese is great on so many things that you would never think to use it on... If you like cheese a lot,  next time you make homeade tacos or tostadas, sprinkle a little bit of parmesan cheese on top.. I am a big fan of freshly grated parm, but in this case it is EXCELLENT with the crappy canned grated parm cheese. It gives it a really outstanding flavor. You can also use Cotija cheese which is mexican parmesan and is one of my favorite cheeses.  I actually prefer to use both on mexican food though.

I wish folks wouldn't feel badly because there are those of us who LOVE to cook.

I totally agree... I think you either love it or hate it and  if I hated it I would never do it and DH would get frozen food or take out every night ... cooking just so happens to bring me a lot of joy.

To ME, chopping is the ultimate soothing end of the day relaxation exercise.  Some people like a glass of wine, I like to chop, I like to cut and use fresh herbs......I get PLEASURE from creating in the kitchen.  Not everyone does, and thats ok.

I like to cook, but I love to bake. We almost always have desert. I just am so excited to have a very large garden this year. I love to make wraps in the BBQ with garlic, onion, zuccinni, green and yellow peppers, and oh crap  a new veggie I was introduced to last year. It's like cabbage and raddish. I can't think of the name right now.

Oh and I love making rubbarb (sp) or apple crisp.

I love to cook too. I make a new menu every two weeks for our household. Much of the time the menu changes. We are constantly having different meals in our house. I have tons of recipes bookmarked or filed on the computer.

Tonight for dinner are baked potatoes with assorted toppings. Deacon gets to have his with cheese and broccoli. Hawke will probably go for that topping too.

Angel, how do you make wraps on the BBQ? DO you grill the veggies, then grill the tortilla and then wrap it?
