Since I just cleaned out the refrigerator, the SO and I took the lazy route tonight and ate out at a nice resturaunt (which was really nice b/c we've been lacking in quality time lately).  I had a steak (cooked rare yum...sorry vegatarians on the board!) with a baked potato, zuchini, brocoli and a salad.  He had chicken parm over linguini (the sauce was very yummy I tried some hehe).

Tomorrow we food shop, b/c dining out is pricey!

Wow, I am totally salivating now. I was just going to have a plain chicken breast and some steamed vegetables...

I was thinking of popcorn and beer ... but that would feel shameful now [X(]

I was too lazy to make a sandwich to bring to work so I ended up with Tuna and Crackers.  Boring!
I get an Ice Cream Cone when I go home though. Woo Hoo!

There is absolutely no shame in popcorn & beer!!!!

Tonight, I cooked chicken parmesan.  I took 2 bites & then took the rest over to my grandparents house for them.  (Tonight's cooking was a run through for tomorrow night)  So when the new guy comes over tomorrow night I know what I can cook.

I actually thought ahead for once and marinated a pork tenderloin in an Asian sauce last  night and had that along with an Asian cole slaw.

We had cheese fondue yesterday since we had folks over. Just cheese+wine, and stuff to deep in it... Mmm...

Oh, and when I went to get cheese, I heard the worst sales pitch: And remember, "fun-do" is better than "fun-don't!". [&:] Reminded me of the Truman Show.

Oh, my God.  You guys cook like this every night??  I feel like a horrible wife now, what with my poor deprived husband eating chicken salad on a wrap tomorrow and pizza tonight.

I guess I'm behind everyone else again.  A few months ago it was with house cleaning, now I've got that down.  Now, I guess I've got to work on cooking meals.

Sniff Sniff, I can't cook!  Justin usually cooks.  We had his homemade chicken pie.  I think I gained like 10 lbs!!!  I know what I love... Neckbones and rice.  I don't eat the neckbones but they sure give rice a good flavor!  You can use noodles too!  Here I go again, showing my southern side!
