• Anyone have any good Thai recipes? g33 Posted : 4/9/2007 1:13:02 PM I'd have posted this in the Camp Fire section, except the "New Post" button isn't showing in there!    I'm looking for good and EASY Thai recipes that I can try making at home.  My ultimate favorite Thai dish is Pad Kee Mao and I also love Pad Thai.  I can't tolerate the curry dishes so none of those.   Anyone?  Thanks! • Michelle Posted : 4/9/2007 4:49:56 PM This is about as easy as it gets: when we make hamburgers (ground chicken really) we use  "A Taste Of Thai" Peanut Salad Dressing Mix (about half a packet to one pound of meat). They're in the grocery on the "ethnic foods" aisle, usually.
