• cakana Posted : 3/29/2007 10:40:36 AM One of my faves is Curb Appeal.   That's my favorite too, but I do love all of them.     When they flip the house and sell it for x-amount over what they paid for it, and then show the profit, is that profit after the RE commission?  Sometimes the profits are like $40k or so, and if they had to deduct the commissions, it would be substantially less.  I was just curious, but they do make it look appealing. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
