I can't say, as I haven't been to a gym in a while. About the only time I go to one is when we visit the in-laws and I pay $10 to get a work-out. The last few times I was there, there were more women than men.

I think this depends on where you go...many of the gyms here are much more full of men.

Although 90% of the gyms in Southern California are meat markets...and there is nothing is more annoying to go work out and to be stared at the whole time. I don't want to meet a guy in the gym...I would actually rather look for love at the dog park like Ed did. Although Pat isn't exactly the shining example of a "great match"! Sorry you didn't find that out Ed until AFTER you got married and had kids... better late than never though huh?? [

I'm sure Ed and Stella will be having the same fun this weekend that they have every weekend...and 3 times a day during the week, if the rumours are to be believed. No wonder the poor guy is exhausted!

Actually Kate it's 4 times a day during the weekend, with one of them being a marathon session. You are referring to the dog walking aren't you? [sm=angel.gif]

Well after listening to all her griping about me working too many weekends, I finally took one off and she's out of town to go on a shopping fling with her mom. I'm sure she'll bring back another 4 or 5 pairs of shoes, a dress or two and matching handbags.

Hmmm...well I am not a shoe obsessed chick so I can't speak to that ...BUT I do have a TON of purses (none of which are really expensive though...). My problem with purses is that I am NEVER happy with them for very long because I find all the faults in them after a week or two (stuff is hard to find in them especially my keys, or certain pockets aren't the right size such as a pocket for my cell phone). My newest problem is that my blackjack pone is too big for the cell phone pockets in most purses but if I keep it in the main compartment I can't get to it fast enough becasue it gets lost among all the other stuff...

see Ed...these are the problems that we women face..perhaps Stella has a similar problem and thus she is buying handbags like crazy! [

Well I just made a bruschetta type of thing...jalapeno cheese bread with melted mozzerella, and chopped spinach with tiny little marinated beef cubes-it's quite delicious. Unfortunately she'll be back tomorrow evening, so leftovers will have to be ok.
