• dyan Posted : 3/10/2006 8:50:04 AM I LOVE Chris! I think at this point I want him to win the whole thing,,, but last Wed. I thought Gedeon did a much better job than Chris in his song selection, I just can't believe what has happened.  But every year there are people voted off when they shouldnt be.  And you know, we must remember that they are not REALLY voted off,  they just haven't connected enough to catch enough votes to stay on.  As long as you have websites out there telling people who to vote for, it will happen over and over.   0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • alicia quinones Posted : 3/10/2006 9:04:57 AM I totally agree that kevin kid REALLY needs to go.  I think his singing is horrible and he shows absolutely no personality on the stage but just standing there.  I keep telling myself how can the judges think he's good when I can hear his lisp while he sings!! I am kinda glad that they got rid of Gedeon though, after awhile his smile started to bother me as well like simon said.  I was sad to see Ayla leave but I do like all the others much better and it was a good thing they got rid of Kinnik because she completely ruined the Alicia Keys song the other night.    Sorry for being so negative I guess when you get into it the opinions start flaring LOL  [sm=evilfire.gif]   0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • Mic Posted : 3/10/2006 9:10:58 AM I think Gideon got booted because of the little interview sections they do prior to each song.  There was something off about him.  He sounded a little like Forrest Gump to me.    I don't get to wound up about the order people go home. Neither Kevin nor Gideon were going to win the show.  So whether one goes home before the other doesn't really matter.    I want it to come down to Taylor Hicks and Chris Daughtry.  Watching Taylor is like watching Ray Charles perform...he seems to really feel what he is singing.    I think Chris is so talented and is going to make his label a fortune.  He has a good recording voice, and a great stage show.  You really can't go wrong with that. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. I also think that Ayla should have been allowed to stay and the other girl(the girl who sang Heart) shouild go. I don't like her and can you believe the way Paris was dressed last night ! What next? [sm=rolleyes.gif] Why do people get so much enjoyment out of ruining things for others? It makes me mad. [sm=angry.gif]...and sad. [sm=sad.gif] Oh well, my theory is that as the numbers get smaller, those who voted for people who are leaving will join in voting for other GOOD singers and the people voting for the bad singers will be outnumbered. I don't know if that makes sense but I won't let them ruin my enjoyment of the show. I will be watching for sure! • dyan Posted : 3/14/2006 4:23:38 PM Lisa, Nashville Star is on the USA network, I'm afraid its a cable network.   MiniMom,,,the website that has everyone "voting for the worst" takes pride in keeping Scott Sabol on last year,,,I was really miffed and couldn't figure out how he stayed on week after week,,then I began to realize that the way things were going, HE COULD WIN!!!!   They also pride themselves in the fact that even thought Carrie Underwood won, it was only by  a small margin.  Shew!!!  I do believe that website got closed down that last week though..    I heard a talk radio show talking about Paula and the way she acts,,,and they said she is on pain killers.  Dogluvr, whos going to be at the Music Fest???   We have one here in Cleveland but not until Sept, they don't even announce who will be there until July at least.
