Anna Nicole Smith - Dead

    My DH last night says:
"best thing for that baby would be to simply be placed with a normal adoptive family who didn't know who she "was"..'

harsh but that sure would help the poor kid grow up as normal as most of us!

I thought the same thing, and I've wondered if Anna Nicole wasn't thinking it as well. A combination of depression and drugs or alcohol, in addition to all the stresses she's been through, not at all hard to believe that she was thinking along these lines. I think it was suicide, but the problem with drugs (if that's what it turns out to be) is that you can't always discern if it was an accidental overdose or an intentional one.

The latest is now Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband is claiming to be the baby's father!

Man, these people are predators... they just have no shame.

It would just really tickle me if the DNA tests showed that none of the idiots involved all claiming to be "daddy" were the father. Huge amounts of money seem to bring out the worst in a lot of people.

The funny thing is that 2 guys are "no, no I am the father of her baby" when regularly you see the opposite in other TV shows , even when there is only one "suspect": "what? no way, i aint no baby's daddy" [:D]

The the host comes and says "Mr X you are.......................................................(bum bum buuuuuum).................not the father" and the guy starts jumping like a crazy bean [:D]

Yeah, where is Maury Povich when you need him?

The autopsy showed no foul play, toxicology pending.  There were prescription meds in howard stern's name which isn't too wierd becaue celebs are legally allowed to have meds presecribed to a different name for privacy issues.  The tox stuff will take a week or so to return as they are not as quick as hospital labs.

Oh and they also mentioned an interesting tidbit, howard stern is not legally married to her.  They were planning a state side wedding later this month so whoever the father of this kid is will get all that money (if the supreme court ends up backing her)

I just heard the ME in a press conference say there were no illegal drugs in the hotel room, only prescription meds; no evidence of long-term drug abuse nor evidence of chronic disease in Anna's body.

Man, it IS true: truth is stranger than fiction!  NO soap opera could come up with this plot line.  DH says he figures that Law And Order will take an episode fromt his within a MONTH.

20/20 just did a whole show about her.  It was good but very sad.

One of her freinds was intervierwed and she said she asked Anna Nicole Smith if she could do it all over again would she.....and she said no she would rather be working at a fast food place( where she used to work) and have more babies...How sad

That's because in regular paternity cases, the baby usually isn't worth millions and millions of dollars.  Remember, "daddy" - whoever he turns out to be - is going to control that estate for the next 18 years.

One more update, I heard on xm radio this morning that somebody said she might have used the frozen sperm of her dead husband.

I swear, it keeps getting stranger by the minute..........

OMG! Wasn't her dead husband like  89 years old when she married him?  Would he even have had any sperm left? Wouldn't the little swimmers be too old to remember how to ;paddle upstream?

[sm=rotfl.gif]....This story is just getting too wierd for me..I think I am going to stop listening to any news about it for like 2 weeks....and by then who knows who will be the father...or the donor or whatever

I've had some insomnia lately, and here they run those tabloid celebrity shows at 3am....so I've been right on the edge of this crazy story from the beginning.

Ms. Smith always sounded SO drunk/drugged every time she spoke. And yet no one ever said a thing about it! Noooo, we aren't going to talk about the pink elephant in the living room....noooo, we'll just ignore this so we can still idolize this poor, misguided, sick, messed up woman. [:@]

Also, her lips were so engorged with collagen or whatever that they stuck out like a duck bill and didn't move when she talked, and she looked like she'd put on a platic mask....

No matter who the baby's father is, the poor little girl probably has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome at the very least.

The "prescription" drugs that were in the room were lots and lots of methadone, antidepressants and Valium. You do stuff like that and you die, especially if you add alcohol to the mix.

If she was sick enough to have a private nurse, I do not understand how she was "suddenly" found near death in the hotel room. It doesn't make sense. If you are so sick you hire a private nurse, then it's the nurse's job to stay with you to make sure you are okay.

There's something so fishy coming from that hotel that I can smell it in Alaska.[8|]
