I've used both but I like Amazon better for selling my text books. It just seems to be the more popular place to go and the books sell faster. I usally go there to buy my books as well and find that there is more selection. I would stay away from selling books on e-bay because you only have a limited amount of days for the listing and you might not get the $ you want for the book, on the other hand you might get more $ for it then exspected. On the Amazon and Half they are listed untill they sell at the price you listed or until you remove them. The way i see it is if you bought the book on Amazon then I would resell it on Amazon.
You could also list the book on both and if it sells on one remove it from the other. I've ordered some books from amazon but had my money refunded because the book was not avalable. I think it's the same for Half. So if you sell the book to more than one person at the same time you just refund one person. I wound't do this but it's something to consider.
I save so much buying my textbooks online and I can usaly sell them back online for the price I paied for them sometimes more. I've found books that would have cost $130 in my campus bookstore for $25 on amazon shiped, I would suggest for anyone who's in college or just enjoys collecting books to check Amazon first.
