Rival Smart Pot Crockpot wobbles

I just got a Rival Smart Pot Countdown Crock Pot from Target today, and the inner crock seems to wobble a little from side to side. Does anyone else have one of these and have the similar problem? I don't want to take it back and go through the hassle if it's just the way it fits.

Candace, thanks for the info. Usually we read all those epinions and Amazon reviews. YIKES! DH wants to "test" it tomorrow with a thermometer and water (what a geek!), I'd just as soon take it back. Thing is, the crock pot we have is probably 25 years old, and it works well, but it's a tall barrel shape, 3 quart and just doesn't fit some things we cook. Sigh. I had gotten the red one and it's so pretty,[&:]

Oh, espencer . . .we HAD that game . . . until it mysteriously found it's way into the trash, it's the loudest fool thing you can imagine, and there's marbles flying all over the place!
